- Wheat Flour2 cup
- Traditional Tomato Sauce5 tablespoon
- Salt1 dessert spoon
- Oregano to taste
- lard1 tablespoon
- Warm water100 ml
- In a glass bowl, mix the wheat flour, tomato sauce, salt, oregano, lard and gradually add the water.
- Knead the dough with your hands until all the ingredients are well combined and the dough comes out of your hand.
- Let the dough rest a little. About 10 minutes.
- Divide the dough into four pieces and with the help of a rolling pin, stretch each piece of dough well, leaving it very thin and with the mouth of a glass I cut the cookies.
- Distribute the cookies in a form (I did NOT grease the form).
- Heat the oven, place the cookies and bake for about 15 minutes at a temperature of 210 degrees.
- I took it out of the oven and put it in the bowl where I prepared the dough.
- It goes great with a cup of black coffee.
- The more roasted, dry and crispy it gets, the tastier it becomes.
- Ideal recipe to replace industrialized snacks. The kids will love it.
- Makes 35 cookies (units)
