- Cook the potatoes until very soft
- Knead well with peel and everything (if you want you can take it out), put the seasoning to your taste I put salt, black pepper, cumin, oregano.
- Add the flour and mix well until it doesn't stick to your hand, if you need to add more flour.
- Take a portion of dough, open it and put the stuffing
- Then pass in flour, egg and panko (can be breadcrumbs) Shape them all, fry and you're done. You can eat it with a ketchup sauce with chili paste.
