- Shredded beef300 g
- Onion1 unit(s)
- Garlic Clove2 unit(s)
- Salt to taste
- Black Pepper to taste
- Bread flour to taste
- Frying Oil400 ml
- Panko Flour300 g
- Use shredded meat, preferably leftover from some other preparation. Best options: Rump, Termite, Diaper, etc.
- Sauté the meat in a frying pan with a drizzle of olive oil, the onion chopped into very small cubes, the finely chopped garlic... Season with salt and pepper to taste
- After well sautéed, let it cool and add the smallest amount possible to give the mixture a binder.
- Make small balls, or shape of preference, pass the beaten egg and then the panko flour
- Fry by immersion in oil at a temperature of 180ºC
- Tip: If you want to add creaminess, add curd or béchamel to the stir-fry
