- Cooked beef, cut into pieces, if there is any cooking liquid left, mix it with the beef broth300 g
- Wheat flour1/4 cup
- Beef broth1 cup
- Salt and Pepper to taste
- Eggs lightly beaten2 unit(s)
- Breadcrumbs1/2 cup
- Oil3 cup
- Watercress leaves to accompany to taste
- In a food processor, pulse the meat until finely ground. In a pan, place the ground beef, wheat flour and beef stock over medium heat and cook, stirring constantly, for five minutes or until thickened. If desired, season with salt and pepper.
- Spread the dough on a platter and let it cool. With 1/2 tablespoon (soup) of this dough, shape the croquettes. Coat them in the beaten eggs and then in the breadcrumbs. In a medium saucepan, heat the oil over high heat.
