- Milk240 ml
- Oil120 ml
- Sugar240 ml
- Ripe and Chopped Banana3 unit(s)
- Wheat Flour480 ml
- Baking Powder1 tablespoon
- Margarine - To grease the mold to taste
- Mixture of Sugar and Cinnamon - To sprinkle the mold to taste
- Round shape with central hole - Shape of approximately 22 cm.1 unit(s)
- Grease the mold with MARGARINE and half the mixture of SUGAR and CINNAMON and set aside.
- Turn on the oven to preheat - to approximately 180ºC.
- In the blender, beat the EGGS, MILK, OIL and SUGAR for approximately 3 minutes. Turn off the blender.
- Add the BANANAS and beat quickly to crush them.
- Transfer the dough to a bowl and mix the WHEAT FLOUR.
- Add the BAKING POWDER and stir gently.
- Sprinkle over the dough the rest of the SUGAR and CINNAMON mixture.
- Place in the oven for approximately 45 minutes.
- Remove from the oven, wait for it to cool and unmold.
