- Peanut or almond paste100 g
- Optional cocoa nibs2 tablespoon
- Cut the dates in half and remove the pit.
- Stuff each date with a teaspoon of peanut butter.
- Melt the chocolate in the microwave and then dip the dates in the chocolate.
- Add the cocoa nibs on top and refrigerate for a few hours.
