  • Mashed banana1 unit(s)
  • Mixed gluten-free flours or just chickpea flour3 tablespoon
  • Olive oil3 teaspoon
  • Pinch of Salt to taste
  • Peanut Butter to taste
  • Banana cut into slices2 unit(s)
  • Cinnamon powder to taste
  • Honey to taste
  1. In a bowl, mash the banana
  2. Add the flour, olive oil or a pinch of salt and mix until a dough forms.
  3. Place in culpcake molds and bake at 180 degrees in the airfryer for 7 minutes. If you bake it in the oven, the time is longer.
  4. Remove from airfryer and fill with can of peanuts.
  5. Add sliced bananas, sprinkle cinnamon and a little honey on top!
