- 3 or 4 carrots370 g
- Crystal sugar360 g
- Medium eggs3 unit(s)
- Oil1 cup
- Wheat flour3 cup
- Chemical Yeast1 tablespoon
- Sour cream1 can(s)
- Condensed milk1 can(s)
- Chocolate powder5 tablespoon
- In a blender, beat the chopped carrots, eggs, oil and sugar. Beat well until you notice that you don't have whole carrots.
- Grease the mold and turn on the oven
- In a container, place the blender mixture, sift the wheat flour on top and stir carefully, mixing everything very well. Mix the yeast. Place in the mold and bake at 240° for about 40 minutes.
- When you take the cake out of the oven, wait for it to get warm to start unmoulding, if you do it with it hot it can crumble and break and wait about 20 to 30 minutes to start making the syrup.
- Bring the cream, condensed milk and chocolate powder to a boil, stirring constantly until it thickens. Let it cool a little and cover the whole cake and spread it on the sides. Pour the rest of the broth in the middle of the cake.
