Yellow cheese200 g
Ham200 g
Parsley to taste
Eggs2 unit(s)
Cooking cream150 ml
Butter30 g
Salt to taste

In a bowl, mix the chopped tomatoes, chives, parsley and ham, add the grated cheese. Shake well.
Spread the first sheet of puff pastry with melted butter.
Put 3 tablespoons of the resulting filling and roll into a roll, taking two sheets of filo pastry.
Arrange the rolls on a baking sheet greased with melted butter or oil.
Drizzle them with beaten eggs with cream and a little salt. Sprinkle with grated cheese.
Bake in a preheated oven at 190°C for 30 minutes.
