- Parsley to taste

- Cooking cream150 ml
- Butter30 g
- Salt to taste
- In a bowl, mix the chopped tomatoes, chives, parsley and ham, add the grated cheese. Shake well.
- Spread the first sheet of puff pastry with melted butter.
- Put 3 tablespoons of the resulting filling and roll into a roll, taking two sheets of filo pastry.
- Arrange the rolls on a baking sheet greased with melted butter or oil.
- Drizzle them with beaten eggs with cream and a little salt. Sprinkle with grated cheese.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 190°C for 30 minutes.
