- FLOCKED corn flour2 cup
- Oat flakes1 cup
- Raw Coconut Chips1 cup
- Raw sunflower seed1/4 cup
- Sliced Almonds1/4 cup
- Cashew Nuts1/2 cup
- Chia or flax seed2 tablespoon
- Cinnamon powder1/2 tablespoon
- Coconut Sugar1 tablespoon
- Honey1/4 cup
- Coconut oil2 tablespoon
- Raisins1 cup
- Cranberry1/2 cup
- Mix all dry ingredients except raisins and cranberries. Add the honey and coconut oil and mix well with your hands. Bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for 15 minutes. Remove, add the raisins and cranberry, mix and return to the oven for another 10 minutes.
- Cool well to store in a closed container for up to 30 days.
