- Wheat flour4 cup

- Olive oil or oil1/4 cup
- warm milk1 cup
- Sachets (10g) of dry yeast3 unit(s)
- Sugar1 tablespoon
- Salt1 coffee spoon
- Egg yolk for brushing1 unit(s)
- In a bowl add the yeast, sugar, a cup of wheat flour and gradually add the warm milk (important attention to the temperature of the milk, it cannot be too hot, as it can kill the yeast and not too cold running the risk of not activating it). Dissolve until it becomes a liquid mixture.
- Add the egg, oil and the rest of the wheat flour and finally the salt, mix until smooth.
- Knead the dough until it is very homogeneous.
- Divide the dough into two equal portions, place each one in different bowls, cover with a clean cloth and set aside in a warm place for 30 minutes (it can be in the oven off or in the microwave off, just to rest and rise).
- With the help of a rolling pin, roll out the dough and cut into strips, set aside.
- Cut the sausages in half and roll them into the dough strips.
- Into the shape with margarine and wheat flour and place the rolls, finish brushing with the lightly beaten egg yolk over the rolls
- Leave in the oven at 180' degrees until golden, depending on the oven, 15 to 30 minutes.
