- Cornmeal1/3 cup
- Parmesan or Mozzarella Cheese to taste
- Baking Powder1 tablespoon
- Culinary sweetener to taste

- When referring to the cup, it's tea.
- Blend all ingredients BUT Yeast in a blender for 5 minutes. Reserve.
- Grease the mold with oil, sprinkle cornmeal, overlap the corn leaves.
- Add the Yeast, beat a little and put it in the form. Place in the oven previously heated to 180 degrees for 30 minutes or according to your oven. Do the toothpick or fork test by sticking it into the cake. If it comes out clean, it's done. Just take it out and wait for it to cool.
