- Put the slightly warmed milk in a bowl, add the yeast, sugar and 300 g of sifted flour.
- Mix well, cover and leave for 20 minutes to activate the yeast. Then add the egg, melted butter, salt and remaining flour. Knead a soft dough.
- Place the melted butter in a bowl and add the crushed garlic and parsley. Shake well.
- Cut the dough into slices, spread each piece with the prepared mixture and arrange them on a tray, placing a piece of yellow cheese between them, let it rest for 20 minutes.
- Spread the bread with beaten egg yolk. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C/356°F for 40 minutes. After removing the bread from the oven, while it is still hot, grease it with butter.
