- Heat the oven to 240 degrees. In the blender beat the whole eggs, the yogurt and the oil (to measure the oil I used the yogurt cup, you don't need to fill it to the edge, a couple of fingers less) then the sugar.
- In a large bowl, sift the flour, chocolate powder, chocolate 50%, baking powder and bicarbonate.
- Add the blender mixture, stirring gently, I always use a fuê.
- In a greased baking pan, bake for about 40 minutes, remove and let cool slightly.
- For the frosting, I used a milk chocolate bar (90g) and half a box of cream, I took it to the low fire, stirring constantly until it became a perfect ganache. If you want more coverage, add two 2 bars and a box of cream.
