Bata os ingredientes  no liquidificador  menos o trigo .
Depois  adicione  em uma bacia o líquido  do liquidificador  e coloque o trigo aos poucos e ja mechendo  ate nao gruda mas das mãos. 
 Depois modeles em formato  de rosquinhas e deixe descansar por 15 minutos antes de levar  pra assar . 

Forno pre aquecido  a 180°  

FIQUE LIGADIINHO  pois pode assar rápido  varia de cada forno.
