- Wheat flour4 cup
- Sugar1 cup
- Eggs3 unit(s)
- Oil3 tablespoon
- Vinegar3 tablespoon
- Chemical Yeast1 tablespoon
- Salt1 to taste
- Sugar and cinnamon for sprinkling to taste
- Oil for frying to taste
- Put the eggs, vinegar, oil, sugar and salt. Mix everything with a fork.
- Add the yeast, stir.
- Add the wheat flour little by little.
- Transfer the dough to a smooth surface and knead well.
- Cover and let rest for 15 minutes.
- Shape and fry over medium heat. Sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon.
