- In a bowl, place a part of the flour and the other ingredients.
- Mix and add the flour little by little. Mixing by hand is the best option.
- When the dough is firm, test and shape. If you managed to model without sticking to your hands, it's because you're in the right spot. There's also a little bit of flour left over.
- After modeling all the dough, put the oil to heat. It can't be too hot, so the donut doesn't get raw inside. Okay, just fry.
- Prepare the dish with sheets of paper towel, so that the oil can drain well and the donut is very dry.
- And to finish, pass the donuts in sugar with cinnamon or if you prefer not to pass, feel free.
- Obs.: be careful with the size you are going to model, because when it's time to fry, it grows bigger.
