- Milk200 ml
- Sugar200 to taste
- Yeast1 tablespoon
- Crack the eggs and mix with the milk
- Mix the flour, butter, yeast and sugar and the mixture with the milk and egg dissolves the dough and let it rest for 20 minutes.
- Roll out the dough and use 2 different size cups
- Make discs with a larger cup, and make a hole in the middle with the smaller cup.
- Once this is done, heat the oil and fry the donuts until golden.
