- Wheat flour 1 and a half cup1/1/2 cup
- Warm milk100 ml
- Dry yeast5 g
- Sugar1 tablespoon
- Butter1 tablespoon
- Egg1 unit(s)
- Whisk together the coamo wheat flour, sugar, yeast and milk.
- Whilst hitting the mixer, add the egg and the butter, let it beat for 10 minutes to knead or knead by hand.
- After beating, let it rest for 1 hour. Open and shape with a cutter or glass, once more
- let rest for another 1 hour and fry over immersion. Finish by dipping in the topping, made with milk and powdered sugar mixed together.
