  • Onion1/2 unit(s)
  • Garlic Clove3 unit(s)
  • Olive Oil, Black Pepper and Oregano to taste
  • Catupiry1/2 cup
  • Mozzarella100 g
  • Pastry Dough Disc10 unit(s)
  1. First cook the dried meat in the pressure cooker for 40 minutes. Then shred the whole thing and book.
  2. In a pan put some olive oil and sauté the diced onion and crushed garlic, then add the mashed meat and mix a little. Place and check the temp.
  3. Take a pastry disc and stuff it with the cottage cheese, mozzarella, dried meat and close the pastry. Fry in a pan with oil until golden. Serve warm.
