- Onion1/2 unit(s)
- Garlic Clove3 unit(s)
- Olive Oil, Black Pepper and Oregano to taste
- Catupiry1/2 cup
- Mozzarella100 g
- Pastry Dough Disc10 unit(s)
- First cook the dried meat in the pressure cooker for 40 minutes. Then shred the whole thing and book.
- In a pan put some olive oil and sauté the diced onion and crushed garlic, then add the mashed meat and mix a little. Place and check the temp.
- Take a pastry disc and stuff it with the cottage cheese, mozzarella, dried meat and close the pastry. Fry in a pan with oil until golden. Serve warm.
