- Boil the 2 liters of chicken broth or water, add the oregano broth and salt if needed. If you are going to use the broth from the cooking of the chicken, check that there is not too much fat from the chicken, if you are using only a little margarine. After it's boiling a lot, put the flour preferably all at once and stir a lot until it releases from the bottom of the pan, better use a very large pan so you don't make too much mess and don't turn over and burn yourself. If you need more flour, add it little by little. Knead in the pan with a spoon for about 5 minutes to cook the flour well. Then just place it on the counter or table and knead the dough until it is smooth and homogeneous, be careful the dough is very hot knead it carefully and let it cool if you are not used to the heat. Then just open it in a portion of about 40 grams and stuff it with the shredded chicken, better to make a drier sauce that makes it easier to close the shells. Then just bread it like egg and then breadcrumbs, and fry in hot oil, don't put too many at once. Fry until golden and serve!
