- English Potato300 g
- Corn starch1/2 tablespoon
- Oil for frying to taste
- Cut the potatoes into toothpicks and dry them with a paper towel. Put the oil to heat, when it is very hot, remove 1/2 cup of this oil and mix it with 1/2 spoon of cornstarch.
- After mixing, return this oil to the skillet, fry the potatoes over medium heat until golden.
