- Medium baguette slice2 unit(s)
- Slice of curd cheese2 unit(s)
- Honey mastic flowers to taste
- Cooked and shredded dried meat1/2 cup
- Red onion cut into half moons1/3 cup
- Chopped green onion1 tablespoon
- Bottle butter1 dessert spoon
- Finely chopped chili pepper to taste
- Peeled small garlic clove1 unit(s)
- Olive oil to taste
- Drizzle the baguette slices with a drizzle of olive oil and place in a preheated oven at 220ÂșC to bake for 3 minutes.
- Heat the butter in a nonstick skillet and sauté the onion.
- Add the pepper and mix, then add the meat and mix well.
- Cook for 3 minutes and finish with the chives. Reserve.
- Grill the coalho cheese slices in a non-stick frying pan and set aside.
- Rub the garlic clove on the slices of bread, cover with the braised beef jerky.
- Place the grilled cheese on top of the meat and drizzle with the honey mastic flowers. Serve immediately.
