  • Medium baguette slice2 unit(s)
  • Slice of curd cheese2 unit(s)
  • Honey mastic flowers to taste
  • Cooked and shredded dried meat1/2 cup
  • Red onion cut into half moons1/3 cup
  • Chopped green onion1 tablespoon
  • Bottle butter1 dessert spoon
  • Finely chopped chili pepper to taste
  • Peeled small garlic clove1 unit(s)
  • Olive oil to taste
  1. Drizzle the baguette slices with a drizzle of olive oil and place in a preheated oven at 220ÂșC to bake for 3 minutes.
  2. Heat the butter in a nonstick skillet and sauté the onion.
  3. Add the pepper and mix, then add the meat and mix well.
  4. Cook for 3 minutes and finish with the chives. Reserve.
  5. Grill the coalho cheese slices in a non-stick frying pan and set aside.
  6. Rub the garlic clove on the slices of bread, cover with the braised beef jerky.
  7. Place the grilled cheese on top of the meat and drizzle with the honey mastic flowers. Serve immediately.
