- Sour cream200 ml
- Grated Parmesan1 cup
- sour starch1.1/2 cup
- Salt to taste
- Mix the cream, salt and parmesan.
- Add just 1 cup of the flour and stir with a spoon.
- Then add the other 1/2 cup of the sprinkle and stir with your hands until it unglued. If you need to add more sprinkle until you get the point
- Make balls (freeze if you want) and place on a roast and send to the oven preheated to 200°c for 25 minutes or until golden.
