- Soybean oil1 tablespoon
- Chopped Onion1/2 unit(s)
- Chopped Bacon100 g
- Green bell pepper, diced1/4 unit(s)
- Chopped tomato1 unit(s)
- Beef Kernel600 g
- Bahia seasoning to taste
- Salt to taste
- Tomato sauce1 unit(s)
- In a pressure cooker, add the oil, onion and bacon, let it sauté until golden.
- Add the pepper and tomato, let it sauté until wilted.
- Add the chuck steak and let it sauté well to seal all the parts. Then add the salt and Bahia seasoning, stir well
- Add 2 cups of hot water and the tomato sauce, stir well and cover the pan. When you get pressure, count 45 minutes
- Release the pressure and shred the meat with 2 forks
- Serve!
