Tapioca Gum

Em um recipiente misture, o ovo, a tapioca e o sal

In a bowl, mix the egg, tapioca and salt.

Coloque em fogo baixo uma frigideira untada com óleo

Place a skillet greased with oil over low heat.

Quando a frigideira estiver quente, coloque toda a massa

When the skillet is hot, put all the dough

Deixe os dois lados da massa dourar, adicione o presunto e queijo, feche a crepioca deixe o queijo derreter desligue o fogo e está pronta.

Let both sides of the dough brown, add the ham and cheese, close the crepioca, let the cheese melt, turn off the heat and it's ready.
