- Wheat flour2.5 cup
- Butter3 tablespoon
- Light cream3 tablespoon
- Salt1 coffee spoon
- Shredded chicken breast400 g
- Cottage cheese4 tablespoon

- Mix the wheat flour, salt, butter and cream with your hands, until you get a very smooth and homogeneous dough. Wrap in plastic wrap and place in the fridge for 30 minutes.
- Prepare the stuffing by seasoning the chicken to taste (I use salt, sweet paprika, black pepper and oregano) and mix it with the curd.
- Roll out the dough between 2 sheets of plastic and line a detachable form.
- Put the stuffing - you can put a layer of catupiry on top of the creamy chicken - and cover with more dough.
- Brush with an egg yolk and bake until golden!
