- Wheat Flour4 cup
- Water4 cup
- Margarine1 tablespoon
- Chicken or vegetable broth (sachet)3 unit(s)
- Mozzarella cheese200 g
- Wheat flour (breaded) to taste
- Egg (bread) to taste
- Milk (bread) to taste
- Breadcrumbs (bread) to taste
- In a pan, put the water and let it boil.
- Add the margarine and mix until melted.
- Add the chicken broth and mix.
- Add the wheat flour all at once and mix non-stop until it forms a very smooth ball and releases from the bottom of the pan.
- Wait for this mass to cool down.
- Take small portions of the dough, open a circle and place a small portion of cheese. Model it into a ball shape.
- Dip this ball in wheat flour.
- Then pass it in the egg mixed with the milk and lastly, pass it in the breadcrumbs.
- Fry in hot oil until golden.
