- Milk320 ml
- Oil1/2 cup
- Salt to taste
- Egg2 unit(s)
- Minas cheese and/or mozzarella cheese1 cup
- Boil the milk, oil and salt to scald the sprinkle
- With the help of a wooden spoon, stir this mixture well, giving it a few taps with the spoon and let it cool.
- Knead lightly and mix in the eggs and cheese.
- If necessary, add a little more milk or even water. The dough can't be hard, okay?
- Apply a little oil to your hands, form balls and place on a baking sheet.
- Bake in the oven for about 25 to 30 minutes. Serve warm with cottage cheese, it's delicious!
