- Shredded chicken breast300 g
- Tomato sauce1 cup
- Mozzarella100 g
- Red Sazon2 unit(s)
- Crushed garlic2 unit(s)
- Onion slices1 unit(s)
- Corn1 cup
- Sliced Tomatoes1 unit(s)
- Wheat flour2 cup
- Milk1 cup
- Egg1 unit(s)
- Add the oil, garlic and onion and let it brown.
- Add chicken, sauce, seasoning and mix, let it thicken
- In a bowl put the egg and milk and beat, add the wheat flour and mix until it dissolves completely and becomes a homogeneous mass.
- Grease a pan with oil and add half of the dough.
- Place the stuffing and a little tomato on top.
- Then add the rest of the dough and finish with the mozzarella and the rest of tomato on top.
- Place in the oven to bake at 180 degrees for approximately 30 minutes.
