- Knead the madioquinha in the form of a puree, add the beaten egg, oatmeal, salt and chicken. Knead well with your hands until well mixed, if you prefer, season the dough with green seasonings, parsley, chives to taste. Make balls with this dough and put it in the oven at 180 degrees for 30 minutes in a greased shape. If you prefer, you can put it in the air frayer at 200 degrees until golden.
