- Wheat flour400 g
- Milk200 ml
- Yeast1 unit(s)
- Oil2 tablespoon
- Butter1 tablespoon
- Egg1 unit(s)
- Salt1 to taste
- Put the warm milk in a bowl and then add the yeast and mix well.
- Then put the rest of the ingredients, leaving only the flour... mix everything very well
- Gradually add the flour and stir with a spoon until you can knead it by hand.
- Start kneading and adding flour little by little, until the dough no longer sticks to your hand (this is the point)
- Roll out the dough with a rolling pin, or if you don't have a rolling pin, shape the dough into a baguette bread and place it in a greased shape with butter.
- Make cuts over the dough (use a knife)
- Cover the mold with a cloth and let it rise for 30 to 40 minutes.
- After the dough rises, mix an egg and a little milk and brush over the dough, and you can bake it at 180 degrees for approximately 30 min.
