- In the blender, beat the egg, butter, milk for 2 minutes.
- Gradually add the flour and beat again until smooth.
- Grease a mold with oil and add half of the dough.
- Make layers with the hearts of palm, onion, tomato and mozzarella
- Add the rest of the dough on top
- Sprinkle with oregano and place in the oven to bake for at least 20 minutes or until cooked through.
