- Wheat flour500 g
- Margarine250 g

- Stuffing - Chicken1 kg
- Seasonings - garlic, salt, onion… to taste
- Cream cheese (but it can be common)200 g
- Heart of palm (optional)1 unit(s)
- Mix the flour little by little together with the margarine and the egg, stir well until it doesn't stick to your hands (stir for about 3 minutes) let it rest until you make the stuffing.
- Saute the chicken in the onion, garlic and salt until golden and cook without adding too much water, when cooking, shred and add the other seasonings (whatever you like) green smell, seasonings, the heart of palm and cook for another 1 minute and turn off.
- Finally, after turning off the heat, add the curd, if you want to save some to put in the assembly.
- Line a mold of approx 24cm in diameter with some of the dough, place the cold stuffing and cover with the rest of the dough, on top of a beaten egg yolk to brown.
- Medium oven 210° for approximately 30 minutes but depends on the oven.
