- Wheat flour2 cup
- Egg1 cup
- Salt to taste
- Mix the flour and butter well until it turns into crumbs. Add the egg and a good pinch of salt and mix well until it becomes a uniform dough, do not knead too much and leave for approximately half an hour in the fridge. And the stuffing you make to your liking. Bake in a preheated oven at 180° for about 40 minutes.
