- Soybean oil to taste
- Dry the sausages well with a paper towel.
- Roll the sausages with the pastry dough. Cut each sausage into 4 equal parts and secure each piece with a toothpick, joining the dough and the sausage.
- Heat the oil in a pan and fry the snacks until the dough turns golden.
- Drain excess oil onto a paper towel-lined plate and serve immediately.
