- Stale bread300 g

- Chicken Ham150 g
- Wild onion to taste
- Carbonated water350 ml
- Butter50 g
- Pepper to taste
- Oregano to taste
- Salt to taste
- Cut the bread into small pieces, place them on an oiled baking sheet. Grate the ham and cheese on the bread.
- Add the wild onion. Beat the eggs with sparkling water, salt, pepper and oregano.
- Baste the bread, ham, cheese and onion with the resulting mixture.
- Put some oil on top. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C/392°F for 25 minutes.
