- Water50 ml
- Flocão or Millarina03 tablespoon
- Salt to taste
- Rexheio: Mortadella / Cheese to taste
- Season the flakes with salt
- Add water and mix well
- Let rest for 10 minutes
- After 10 minutes, pour the hydrated flakes into a skillet greased with margarine/butter
- Spread all over the skillet as if you were making tapioca, bring to a boil
- After 03 minutes turn over so that the other side also browns. (check according to your stove)
