- Salt to taste
- Place the slices of turkey breast and cheese in a muffin or muffin tin, forming baskets.
- Place one egg in each basket of turkey breast and bacon.
- Season with salt, add the chopped tomatoes and chives.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 200° for approx 20 min.
- Allow to cool, unmold and serve with side dishes.
