- Cook the eggs for seven minutes. Peel and cut in half. In a frying pan, put oil and the chopped onion. brown. Add the chopped tomato. Place the eggs in the skillet with the yolk facing up. Place the six tablespoons of tomato pulp on top of the eggs without stirring. Put the fish-based seasoning sachet on top. Also put the sausage and chopped chives and let it boil for three minutes. Place the cheese slices on top. Let it melt and serve.
