- Parsley to taste
- Medium red onion, thinly sliced1 unit(s)
- Basil to taste
- For the sauce: Black pepper1 dessert spoon
- Oregano1 dessert spoon
- Spicy or smoked paprika1 dessert spoon
- Garlic5 unit(s)
- Olive oil to taste
- Lemon to taste
- Salt to taste
- Wash the eggplants and let them drain.
- In a skillet place the eggplants and cover, when they are grilled remove from the heat.
- In a bowl, place the finely chopped or crushed garlic and the rest of the sauce ingredients. Mix well.
- Mount it however you like. A great option to taste with toast.
