- Wheat Flour3 cup
- Margarine250 g
- Gem - 1 for brushing3 unit(s)
- Salt1 teaspoon
- Shredded Chicken500 g
- Garlic Clove3 unit(s)
- Onion1 unit(s)
- Catupiry200 g
- Sa, Black Pepper and Olive Oil to taste
- Mix all the ingredients until they form a smooth and homogeneous mass. Place in the fridge to rest the dough for 1 hour.
- In a pan over medium heat, add a little oil and the chopped onion and let it brown. Then add the crushed garlic and brown.
- Then add the shredded chicken and olives, salt and seasonings that you like best and brown a little. As soon as the chicken is golden, turn off the heat and add the green smell and catupiry and mix everything.
- After 1 hour in the fridge, open the dough in the pie molds and fill. Then close the molds with the dough and brush with the yolk. If you don't have small molds, you can make the large mold.
- Bake for 15 to 20 minutes in the oven. To unmold, wait for the mold to cool.
