- Chickpeas500 g

- Tahini2 tablespoon
- Cumin1 to taste
- Salt1 to taste
- Soak the chickpeas overnight (optional). No need to peel or cook it. Grind the chickpeas in the blender until it becomes a homogeneous mass and add the rest of the ingredients. Blend everything until it becomes a creamy consistency. Reserve the finished dough for approximately 5 hours in the fridge. Once this is done, make the dumplings in the shape of your preference, pass in the breadcrumbs and fry in the oil. It can also be frozen. As an accompaniment, make a sandwich with flatbread, salads.and sauces of your choice.
