- Room Temperature Water1/2 cup
- Salt1 coffee spoon
- Margarine or Butter1 tablespoon

- Place the cornmeal in a bowl and gradually add the water and stir.
- Add Salt and stir.
- Make sure the cornmeal contains water, as it absorbs water and needs to be moist and also contain a little water. (Leave at least 5 minutes moisturizing).
- Put the margarine in the skillet, turn on the heat and let it melt.
- Distribute the FAMIOCA in the skillet, it needs to be a thin layer. (choose a wide skillet).
- Over low heat, cook the FAMIOCA with the lid on.
- When the sides of the FAMIOCA have a darker color (a finger of color) turn and add the cheese and cover again and leave until the cheese melts.
- Cut it into 4 slices and good appetite 😋
- Personal Testimonial: It takes much longer than a tapioca, I had difficulty cutting it but I thought it was delicious, in my opinion it is better than polenta. I put a little cheese to taste it well. In terms of satiety I stay with FAMIOCA I made one and it was enough to satisfy me.
