- Warm the milk and mix with the biological yeast, then add the egg, sugar, butter, wheat flour and mix well
- Grease a baking sheet with butter and wheat flour and place the dough, spreading it all over the baking sheet.
- For the farofinha I use (in a bowl I put 2 tablespoons of margarine, 4 tablespoons of wheat flour, 3 of sugar and 2 of cinnamon, I mix very well with clean hands and spread it over the dough.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes or until the crumbs are golden.
- When serving, place it on the plate and add melted guava on top.
