  • Vanilla essence to taste
  1. Add the eggs, sugar and margarine and beat until smooth.
  2. Add the wheat, milk and beat once more.
  3. Add the yeast and gently beat
  4. For the farofa: add the other part of the margarine, sugar and wheat, mix well and add the essence.
  5. Place the dough in a greased rectangular baking dish, and the farofa on top.
  6. Place in preheated oven. Bake until golden
