- Saffron to taste
- Ground pepper to taste

- Cook the couscous separately;
- In a large frying pan, add a little oil and fry the pepperoni and mortadella together until they are very crispy; break the egg on top until the Clara turns white and Stir well
- When they are ready, add the chopped tomatoes, onions and peppers, Coloring, saffron, pepper and let it stuff well;
- Then add the beans and then the cooked couscous. Let it cook for another 5 minutes on low heat and it's ready.
